- Meeting opened at 7:20 pm.
- Taz said a prayer
- Welcome Jeremy and Jane to the meeting
- Derrick motioned to accept the minutes Harold seconded. The minutes were approved.
- Treasurer’s report was read by Lorri. A motion to accept the treasurer’s report was made by Harold seconded by Derrick.
- Veteran’s Show in Melbourn at Veteran’s Park
- Beerfest – had a good time
- Myrtle Beach – 10th Annual Show- this is a big show had 158+ cars. Taz in custom class with approximately 85 cars – won top 5th in class award.
- Rockledge Show- Saturday, 10/31/09 10am – 2pm. Open show – approx. 200 cars, they provide lunch, sodas, snacks at no charge. Let Taz know if interested in going. There is a separate area for PT’s.
- Good fortune – will go to buy athletic equipment for kids. Taz and Harold are planning to go.
- Festival Flea Market Show – 700+ cars, anyone interested let Taz know.
- Christmas Party – Fran & Dale’s ? need to confirm, if not – possibly BJ’s or as Mary & Steve.
- RonJon Show – up to 50 cars, $10 reg. fee, register early.
- Motion to close the meeting was made by Derrick and seconded by Harold the meeting closed at 8:07 pm.
